SBI Probationary Officer PO Recruitment 2026 : Eligibility Criteria
SBI PO के लिए recognized University से Graduation in any discipline जरूरी है। Final Year / Semester वाले candidates को भी provisional basis पर apply करने की अनुमति थी, लेकिन interview के समय उन्हें 30 September 2026 तक graduation pass होने का proof देना होगा। Engineering, Medical, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant और equivalent eligible qualifications वाले candidates भी notification में covered हैं.

SBI PO recruitment तीन phases में होती है:

Preliminary Examination
Prelims में English Language, Quantitative Aptitude और Reasoning Ability के तीन sections होते हैं। Total 100 marks और duration 1 hour है.
Main Examination
Current SBI PO 2026 pattern के अनुसार Main Examination में 200 marks का Objective Test और उसके तुरंत बाद 30 marks का Descriptive Test होता है। Objective section की total duration 3 hours और Descriptive Test की duration 30 minutes है.

Probationary Officer का starting basic pay ₹48,480 + 4 advance increments है। JMGS-I pay scale ₹48,480–2,000/7–₹62,480–2,340/2–₹67,160–2,680/7–₹85,920 है। इसके अलावा DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, Medical और अन्य applicable benefits/perquisites मिलते हैं। Mumbai centre के लिए approximate initial CTC करीब ₹21.97 lakh per annum बताया गया है.
