- Age Relaxation: Urban Assistant Teacher post के लिए Uttar Pradesh के SC, ST और OBC candidates को upper age limit में 5 वर्ष तथा eligible PwBD candidates को 15 वर्ष की छूट मिलेगी। Ex-Servicemen को military service period के अतिरिक्त 3 वर्ष की छूट दी जाएगी। Shiksha Mitra candidates के लिए maximum age 60 वर्ष तक है।
Aided attached-primary post के लिए notification में minimum age 21 वर्ष दी गई है और superannuation age 62 वर्ष बताई गई है। 62 वर्ष को application की सामान्य maximum age न समझें। उम्मीदवार इस post के applicable age rules official notification से जरूर देखें।

आवेदन से पहले Urban और Aided post का अंतर समझें
UP Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2026 में सभी 12,405 vacancies एक ही प्रकार के विद्यालयों की नहीं हैं। Basic Education Department के urban primary schools में 11,508 पद उपलब्ध हैं। इसके अलावा non-government aided secondary schools से जुड़े primary sections में 897 पद हैं, जिनमें boys’ schools के 473 और girls’ schools के 424 पद शामिल हैं।
दोनों posts की salary Pay Level 6 में है, लेकिन qualification और service-related conditions पूरी तरह एक जैसी नहीं हैं। इसलिए केवल total vacancy देखकर form न भरें। Candidate को अपनी Graduation, teacher-training course और TET certificate के आधार पर सही preference चुननी चाहिए। Application की अंतिम तारीख के बाद preference बदलने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
OTR पूरा होने के बाद ही आवेदन करें
इस भर्ती के लिए OTR Based Online Application System लागू है। पहले UPESSC portal पर One Time Registration पूरा करना होगा। OTR में दर्ज नाम, जन्मतिथि, mobile number, email और identity details application में इस्तेमाल होंगी।
High School certificate में दर्ज जन्मतिथि ही मान्य होगी। Candidate का नाम, माता-पिता का नाम और अन्य personal details certificates के अनुसार होने चाहिए। OTR या form भरते समय spelling mistake होने पर Document Verification में परेशानी हो सकती है।
Application English language में भरने का निर्देश दिया गया है। Final submission से पहले category, sub-category, gender, date of birth और selected post preference विशेष रूप से check करें।
Documents का format और size ध्यान से रखें
Signature सफेद background पर scan करके JPG या JPEG format में upload करना होगा। Official advertisement के अनुसार signature का size 10 KB से 200 KB और resolution 140×110 pixels होना चाहिए। Passport-size photograph 30 KB से 300 KB के बीच तथा prescribed resolution में होनी चाहिए।
Certificates और दूसरे documents PDF format में upload किए जाएंगे। प्रत्येक PDF का size 50 KB से 500 KB के बीच होना चाहिए। Blurred certificate, गलत orientation या unreadable scan application verification में समस्या पैदा कर सकता है।
Form submit करने के बाद उसकी तीन copies सुरक्षित रखने की सलाह दी गई है। Document Verification के समय इनमें से दो copies supporting documents के दो sets के साथ मांगी जा सकती हैं।
Written examination का pattern समझें
Assistant Teacher selection के लिए OMR-based written examination आयोजित होगी। Paper में 120 multiple-choice questions होंगे और कुल 360 marks निर्धारित हैं। प्रत्येक सही उत्तर पर 3 marks दिए जाएंगे। गलत उत्तर या एक से अधिक विकल्प भरने पर 1 mark की negative marking होगी।
परीक्षा की अवधि दो घंटे रहेगी। Question paper Hindi और English दोनों भाषाओं में होगा। OMR sheet पर answer केवल black ballpoint pen से भरना होगा। अधूरा गोला, काटना, overwrite करना या दूसरे रंग का pen इस्तेमाल करना evaluation में समस्या पैदा कर सकता है।
अगर examination एक से अधिक shifts में आयोजित होती है तो normalized marks selection के लिए इस्तेमाल किए जा सकते हैं। Final cut-off और candidates के marks selection process पूरा होने के बाद website पर जारी किए जाएंगे।
समान marks होने पर merit कैसे तय होगी?
दो या अधिक candidates के written examination marks समान होने पर Graduation percentage देखा जाएगा। Graduation percentage भी समान होने पर teacher-training qualification का percentage उपयोग किया जाएगा। ये भी समान होने पर अधिक आयु वाले candidate को merit में ऊपर रखा जाएगा।
इसलिए Graduation और training qualification के marks application में बिल्कुल सही भरना जरूरी है। Decimal या percentage conversion अपनी तरफ से अनुमान लगाकर न करें; portal और notification में दिए निर्देश follow करें।
Reserved category candidates के लिए जरूरी जानकारी
Reservation का लाभ Uttar Pradesh के eligible domicile candidates को applicable state rules के अनुसार मिलेगा। दूसरे राज्य के reserved-category candidates को सामान्यतः Uttar Pradesh reservation benefit नहीं मिलेगा और उन्हें UR category माना जा सकता है।
SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen और अन्य applicable categories के certificates prescribed Uttar Pradesh format और required validity के अनुसार होने चाहिए। महिला candidate के caste certificate में paternal side का certificate applicable rule के अनुसार जरूरी हो सकता है।
Form submit करने से पहले Final Checklist
Application submit करने से पहले post preference, category, date of birth, Graduation marks, teacher-training qualification, TET details, uploaded photo, signature और certificates check करें। Payment complete होने के बाद receipt जरूर download करें।
एक से अधिक applications submit होने पर official notification के अनुसार अंतिम submitted application ही स्वीकार की जा सकती है और बाकी applications निरस्त मानी जा सकती हैं। इसलिए correction के लिए नया form बनाने के बजाय उपलब्ध correction facility का सही उपयोग करें।
