आवेदन करने से पहले सबसे जरूरी बात
Delhi High Court की यह भर्ती सामान्य Graduate vacancy नहीं है। Graduation के साथ English Shorthand और Computer Typing की निर्धारित speed भी essential qualification है। Senior Personal Assistant के लिए 110 WPM और Personal Assistant के लिए 100 WPM English Shorthand जरूरी है। दोनों पदों के लिए Computer पर English Typing speed कम से कम 40 WPM होनी चाहिए।
इसलिए केवल Graduation देखकर form न भरें। पहले अपनी shorthand speed, typing speed, category और आयु की जांच कर लें।
SPA और PA में क्या अंतर है?
Senior Personal Assistant और Personal Assistant दोनों Group B posts हैं, लेकिन इनके pay level और shorthand requirement अलग हैं।
Senior Personal Assistant का पद Level 8 में है और इसके लिए English Shorthand की न्यूनतम speed 110 WPM चाहिए। Personal Assistant का पद Level 7 में है और इसके लिए 100 WPM shorthand speed जरूरी है।
Personal Assistant की 33 vacancies में General category का कोई पद नहीं है। General category के candidates Senior Personal Assistant के लिए पात्रता के अनुसार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
क्या दोनों पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं?
योग्य candidate Senior Personal Assistant और Personal Assistant दोनों posts के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है। लेकिन दोनों के लिए अलग-अलग application form भरना और प्रत्येक form की निर्धारित fee अलग जमा करना जरूरी है।

परीक्षा में क्या होगा?
Selection की शुरुआत Computer पर English Typing Test से होगी। इस test में कम से कम 40 WPM की typing speed जरूरी है। निर्धारित सीमा से अधिक mistakes होने पर candidate अगले stage के लिए qualify नहीं करेगा।
Typing Test qualify करने वाले candidates को English Shorthand Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Senior Personal Assistant में 110 WPM और Personal Assistant में 100 WPM की dictation होगी। इसके बाद Main Descriptive Examination और Interview आयोजित किया जाएगा।
Main examination English language का होगा। इसमें Essay, Letter Writing, Grammar, Comprehension और Hindi-English Translation शामिल होंगे। इसलिए candidates को shorthand और typing के साथ written English की तैयारी भी करनी चाहिए।
Form भरते समय किन बातों का ध्यान रखें?
Application में candidate का नाम, जन्मतिथि और माता-पिता या spouse का नाम Matriculation Certificate के अनुसार होना चाहिए। गलत या अलग details मिलने पर candidature प्रभावित हो सकती है।
Online form में हाल की colour passport-size photograph upload करनी होगी। Photograph तीन महीने से अधिक पुरानी नहीं होनी चाहिए और face साफ दिखाई देना चाहिए। Application process में live photograph capture करना भी आवश्यक है।
Form submit होने के बाद generated application number और Confirmation Page सुरक्षित रखें। Confirmation Page generate नहीं होने पर application को complete न मानें।
Correction Window कब खुलेगी?
Application form में गलती होने पर Delhi High Court 12 October 2026 सुबह 11:00 बजे से 14 October 2026 रात 11:00 बजे तक correction window उपलब्ध कराएगा।
