Selection Process
- JKSSB Class 4 recruitment में merit written test marks और applicable additional points के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी। Successful candidates को merit-cum-preference system के जरिए Cadre और Department allocate किए जाएंगे।
- Selection criteria cadre के अनुसार अलग है।
- UT Cadre के लिए total 100 marks का framework है:
- Written Test – 85 Marks
- Family में कोई Government Service में न होने पर – 05 Marks
- Widow / Divorced / Judicially Separated Women / Orphan Girls – 05 Marks
- years या उससे अधिक के Casual Worker – 05 Marks
- Divisional Cadre के लिए:
- Written Test – 80 Marks
- Home Division – 05 Marks
- District Cadre के लिए:
- Written Test – 75 Marks
- Home District – 10 Marks
- इस तरह तीनों Cadre में total 100 marks के basis पर selection criteria रखा गया है।
Additional Information
JKSSB Class 4 Recruitment 2026 : Domicile
इस recruitment के लिए candidate का Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir का Domicile होना आवश्यक है।
Valid Domicile Certificate competent authority द्वारा prescribed format में जारी होना चाहिए और यह certificate online application की cut-off date यानी 03 November 2026 तक valid/available होना चाहिए, जब तक Board द्वारा last date officially extend न की जाए।
JKSSB Class 4 Recruitment 2026 : Merit Cum Preference
JKSSB के अनुसार overall merit written test marks के साथ S.O. 184 of 2020 के provisions के अनुसार मिलने वाले additional points पर based होगी।
Board successful candidates से Cadre और Department preference online application में या बाद के stage पर मांग सकता है। Candidate की merit और दी गई preference के आधार पर allocation किया जाएगा।
एक बार Cadre और Department allocation notify हो जाने के बाद वह final and binding होगा। Preference पूरी या partial रूप से नहीं देने पर भी Board द्वारा किया गया allocation final माना जाएगा।
JKSSB Class 4 Recruitment 2026 : Exam Pattern
Official notification के अनुसार examination:
- Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions होगा।
- Questions English Language only में होंगे।
- प्रत्येक wrong answer पर उस question को दिए गए marks का one-fourth negative marking होगा।
- Exact examination date बाद में notify की जाएगी।
JKSSB Class 4 2026 : Syllabus
इस Advertisement Notification में detailed syllabus अभी जारी नहीं किया गया है।
Official notification के अनुसार syllabus separately notify किया जाएगा और JKSSB की official website पर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इसलिए अभी unofficial syllabus को final मानकर तैयारी नहीं करनी चाहिए।
JKSSB Class 4 Recruitment 2026 : Required Documents
Document Verification के समय candidates को original documents और required self-attested photocopies के साथ उपस्थित होना होगा।
Official instructions के अनुसार इनमें आवश्यकता के अनुसार:
- Birth Certificate / Date of Birth proof
- Domicile Certificate
- Educational Qualification Certificate
- Category Certificate
- Bonafide Certificate, जहां applicable हो

JKSSB Class 4 Recruitment 2026 : Important Instructions
Candidate को application submit करने से पहले यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि उसकी qualification, age, domicile और category claim notification की cut-off date के अनुसार valid है।
Reserved category या age relaxation का benefit लेने वाले candidates को competent authority से prescribed format में valid certificate रखना होगा। Invalid या prescribed format से अलग certificate होने पर reservation/relaxation claim स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।
JKSSB application की detailed scrutiny शुरुआत में नहीं करेगा। Candidature examination stage पर provisional रहेगी और eligibility/documents की detailed verification बाद में की जाएगी। गलत या unsupported claim मिलने पर candidature cancel की जा सकती है और applicable legal action भी हो सकता है।
