National Investigation Agency (NIA) ने retired Head Constable/ASI of Central Police Organization और State Police को Naib Court के पद पर contract basis पर engage करने के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। Official notice 20 August 2026 को जारी हुआ है और इसमें 03 tentative engagements बताए गए हैं।
इस engagement के लिए Walk-In Interview 8 September 2026 को सुबह 11:00 बजे NIA Headquarters, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi में आयोजित किया जाएगा। यह भर्ती सामान्य online application वाली भर्ती नहीं है।
Experience
Naib Court के काम को संभालने का minimum 2–3 years’ experience मांगा गया है।
Nature of Duties
Naib Court के रूप में selected candidate को NIA से जुड़े court-related कार्यों में सहायता करनी होगी। Official circular में मुख्य duties में शामिल हैं:
- NIA की ओर से court proceedings में उपस्थित होना।
- आवश्यकता होने पर accused persons को court में produce करना।
- Summons और notices की service/tracking में सहायता करना।
- Court-case records में dates, orders, warrants और bail orders maintain करना।
- अगली hearing dates track करना।
- Court के सामने case documents/material produce करना।
- Public Prosecutor/APP/Special Public Prosecutor के साथ coordination करना।
- Court orders जैसे production warrants, summons, warrants और remand orders के compliance में सहायता करना।
- Registers और daily court reports maintain करना।
- Court orders और developments concerned Investigating Officer/officials तक पहुंचाना।
- Custody, escort और prisoners की production में सहायता करना।
- NIA द्वारा assigned अन्य कार्य करना।
Working Hours
Official notice के अनुसार सामान्य office timing सुबह 9:30 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक है, जिसमें बीच में आधे घंटे का lunch break शामिल है।
Naib Court को सामान्यतः Monday से Friday office attend करना होगा, लेकिन आवश्यकता पड़ने पर Saturday, Sunday, holiday/Gazetted Holiday या normal working hours के बाद भी duty दी जा सकती है। इसके लिए कोई extra remuneration/allowance नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Leave
हर completed calendar month of service के लिए 1.5 days leave की eligibility होगी। Leave को एक calendar year से दूसरे calendar year में accumulate नहीं किया जा सकता।
Official notice के अनुसार इसके अलावा कोई दूसरी leave admissible नहीं होगी और admissible leave से अधिक absence की अवधि के लिए remuneration नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Contract Period
Initial engagement 1 year के लिए होगी। आवश्यकता और शर्तों के अनुसार इसे maximum 5 years या 65 years की age तक, जो पहले हो, extend किया जा सकता है।
Important Instructions
यह engagement purely temporary और contract basis पर है। NIA को applications/responses को पूरी तरह या आंशिक रूप से स्वीकार या reject करने का अधिकार है।
Naib Court engagement के दौरान किसी अन्य nature का assignment नहीं ले सकता। Conduct, discipline, integrity और confidentiality से जुड़े नियमों का पालन करना होगा। Consultant को assignment records NIA को वापस करने होंगे और confidentiality agreement पर हस्ताक्षर करना होगा।
Contract mutual consent से extend हो सकता है और notification में दिए grounds के अनुसार पहले terminate भी किया जा सकता है। सामान्य premature termination में 15 days’ notice का provision दिया गया है।
