  Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) ने participating public sector banks में Customer Service Associate (CSA) के लिए CRP CSA-XVI recruitment notification जारी किया है। यह recruitment 2027-28 vacancies के लिए है और online application process 1 August 2026 से शुरू हुआ था। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 21 August 2026 है।
  
  इस भर्ती में selection process के लिए Online Preliminary Examination और Online Main Examination आयोजित होंगे। Preliminary में qualify करके shortlisted candidates को Main Examination में बुलाया जाएगा और इसके बाद actual reported vacancies के आधार पर merit-cum-preference से provisional allotment किया जाएगा।

1. IBPS CSA-XVI के लिए application केवल online mode में स्वीकार की जाएगी। Official notification के अनुसार candidates को IBPS website के CRP CSA section से online application खोलना होगा।
2. Official IBPS website खोलें।
3. CRP CSA section में जाएं।
4. CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP – Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI) पर जाएं।
5. CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION पर click करें।
6. Basic information भरकर provisional registration number और password प्राप्त करें।
7. Photograph, signature, left thumb impression और handwritten declaration upload करें।
8. Applicable certificate/document भी upload करें।
9. State/UT preference carefully select करें।
10. Application details को Save & Next से दोबारा check करें।
11. Online fee payment पूरा करें।
12. Complete Registration करने से पहले सभी details verify करें।
13. Final submitted application और payment/e-receipt का record सुरक्षित रखें।
14. Official notification के अनुसार Complete Registration के बाद application details में बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं होगी। State/UT option भी exercise करने के बाद irrevocable है।
