Selection Process
- Selection post के हिसाब से अलग है।
- Office Assistant: Preliminary Exam → Main Exam → Provisional Allotment
- Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Exam → Main Exam → Interview → Provisional Allotment
- Officer Scale-II & III: Single Online Exam → Interview → Provisional Allotment
- Officers के Interview के लिए 100 marks हैं और Online Examination तथा Interview का relative weightage 80:20 है।

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Office Assistant के लिए किसी recognised University से Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline या equivalent qualification चाहिए।
जिस State/RRB के लिए apply करेंगे, उसकी prescribed local language proficiency भी जरूरी है। Computer का working knowledge desirable है।
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
Officer Scale-I के लिए भी Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline या equivalent qualification चाहिए।
Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics और Accountancy जैसे subjects वाले candidates को preference दी जा सकती है।
Local language proficiency भी applicable RRB के अनुसार जरूरी है।
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks और 2 years officer-level experience in a Bank or Financial Institution चाहिए।
Officer Scale-II Specialist Posts
IT Officer: Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology या equivalent degree, minimum 50% marks और relevant experience।
CA: ICAI से Chartered Accountant qualification और one year experience।
Law Officer: Law degree with minimum 50% marks और prescribed legal experience।
Treasury Manager: CA या MBA in Finance और one year relevant experience।
Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing और one year relevant experience।
Agriculture Officer: Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Forestry/Veterinary Science/Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture में relevant degree with minimum 50% marks और two years relevant experience।
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
किसी recognised University से Bachelor’s Degree या equivalent qualification के साथ minimum 50% marks चाहिए। इसके अलावा Bank या Financial Institution में Officer के रूप में कम से कम 5 years experience जरूरी है।
महत्वपूर्ण: Officer Scale-II/III के अलग-अलग posts की qualification और experience अलग है, इसलिए जिस post को चुन रहे हैं उसी की eligibility जरूर match करें।

IBPS RRB 15th Recruitment 2026 : Negative Marking
Preliminary, Main और Single Level सभी objective examinations में गलत answer के लिए 0.25 यानी one-fourth mark की negative marking होगी। Question blank छोड़ने पर penalty नहीं होगी।

Eligible SC/ST/OBC/Minority/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD candidates के लिए, applicable posts पर Pre-Examination Training online mode में arrange की जा सकती है।
PET attend करने से selection का कोई right नहीं मिलता। PET के लिए आवेदन करते समय online application में relevant option select करना होगा।
