Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board ने Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department के अंतर्गत Subedar और Sub Inspector cadre के लिए Selection Examination 2026 की rulebook जारी की है। इस भर्ती में कुल 507 पद हैं और online form 09 September 2026 से शुरू होगा। Candidates 23 September 2026 तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे।

- इस भर्ती में selection एक से ज्यादा stages में होगा। पहली परीक्षा के बाद qualified candidates को दूसरे चरण के लिए shortlist किया जाएगा।

First Phase Written Exam
First phase की परीक्षा 100 marks की होगी और समय 2 hours रहेगा।इसमें Hindi comprehension, English comprehension, analytical ability, History, Geography, Science, Civics, Basic Computer Knowledge, Reasoning और Current Affairs जैसे areas से questions पूछे जाएंगे।
Second Phase Main Examination
Main examination में दो papers का provision है। प्रत्येक paper 300 marks और 2 hours का है।Main examination objective type होगी और गलत answer के लिए 1/3 negative marking लागू होगी।

MPESB MP Police SI & Subedar Recruitment 2026 : Physical Test
Physical Proficiency Test यानी PPT second phase का important हिस्सा है। इसमें तीन activities होंगी:
800 Meter Run – 40 Marks
Long Jump – 30 Marks
Shot Put – 30 Marks
इस प्रकार PPT कुल 100 marks का है। Long Jump और Shot Put के लिए तीन chances दिए जाएंगे।Non-technical posts के लिए निर्धारित minimum marks और technical posts के लिए निर्धारित minimum marks अलग हैं। Minimum qualifying marks पूरा करना जरूरी है।
Physical Measurement
Official standards में सामान्य पुरुष candidates के लिए height 167.5 cm और महिला candidates के लिए 152.4 cm का provision है। Male candidates के लिए chest measurement का भी standard रखा गया है।Physical standards में category और special provisions के अनुसार छूट भी हो सकती है। इसलिए physical eligibility को सिर्फ सामान्य height/chest देखकर final नहीं समझना चाहिए।
