Rajasthan Uttar Matric Scholarship 2026 : Who Can Apply?
Latest official order के अनुसार ये scholarship schemes Rajasthan के मूल निवासियों के लिए हैं। Eligible students notified scholarship categories के तहत Rajasthan की सरकारी, निजी मान्यता प्राप्त/संबद्ध educational institutions तथा कुछ national-level institutions में पढ़ाई कर रहे students हो सकते हैं।
मुख्य categories में SC, ST, MBC, OBC, EBC, DNT तथा Mirasi और Bhisti communities के लिए post-matric scholarship schemes शामिल हैं।

Rajasthan Uttar Matric Scholarship 2026 : OTR Registration
इस बार scholarship application से पहले One Time Registration (OTR) जरूरी है।
Official order के अनुसार student को National Scholarship Portal के OTR system या NSP OTR App के माध्यम से OTR complete करना होगा। OTR process पूरा करने के लिए NSP OTR App और AadhaarfaceRD App के जरिए e-KYC तथा Face Authentication करना जरूरी है।
OTR complete होने के बाद student अपने SSO ID के माध्यम से biometric authentication या face authentication के बाद scholarship application submit कर सकता है।
Rajasthan Uttar Matric Scholarship 2026 : Bank Account Rules
Scholarship payment के लिए bank details भी important हैं।
Official order के अनुसार student का bank account:
- Aadhaar seeded होना चाहिए
- DBT enabled होना चाहिए
- KYC complete होना चाहिए
- account active होना चाहिए
- account minor account नहीं होना चाहिए
साथ ही Aadhaar seeding और Aadhaar linkage को एक ही process न समझें; notification में दोनों के बीच difference को ध्यान में रखने के लिए कहा गया है।
Rajasthan Uttar Matric Scholarship 2026 : Educational Institution Rules
Student तभी online scholarship application कर पाएगा जब उसका educational institution और उसका selected course scholarship portal पर eligible/visible हो।
Official order के अनुसार academic session 2026-27 के लिए संबंधित university/board/council से recognition, affiliation और course संचालन की अनुमति वाले institutions को portal पर registration/update करना जरूरी है। Registered institutions का course और fee structure portal पर available रहता है।

Rajasthan Uttar Matric Scholarship 2026 : Biometric Attendance
यह इस scholarship application का important हिस्सा है।
Official order के अनुसार student का application institution द्वारा forward किए जाने के बाद scholarship portal पर Aadhaar-based biometric attendance दर्ज होना जरूरी है। Application processing के दौरान biometric attendance की व्यवस्था institution को करनी होगी।
Biometric attendance उपलब्ध न होने की स्थिति में application आगे process होकर approve नहीं हो पाएगा।
